He's Number One! (and Two, and Three...)
The friendly, elegant, and purple Count has a sharp nose for numbers. This caped counter will count anything at any time, which sometimes tries the patience of others. He counts dewdrops in the morning and stars at night. He counts sand at the beach. He also probably has to count parking tickets that pile up while he's counting other things.

Birthday: October 9

Favorite Songs: "Born to Add"; "Count on Me"

Best Friends: Creepy, his bat, and Fatita, his cat.

Quote: "Greetings! I am The Count. They call me The Count because I love to count things."

Likes: Black capes; widow's peaks; hair gel; high collars; thick accents

Horoscope: Like most Libras, The Count tries to maintain the perfect balance between sanity and obsession. Libras can be superficial, eccentric, frivolous, and flighty (it all adds up!). He shares his sign with Charlton Heston (he sure could count those Commandments), Ed Sullivan (who counted acts), and T.S. Eliot (who counted cats).

Scientific Name: Countus obsessivus

Philosophy: Count your blessings. Over and over and over and over.

Hobbies: You guessed it—counting!

Voice and Puppetry: Jerry Nelson
